With the industrial development and the evolution of Cosmetology, cosmetic production has been confined to the less expensive and easy to make into the laboratory chemical substances, which replaced the natural ingredients. However, this activity seems to harm the environment since during the production and use of the cosmetics various chemical substances are released to the environment, polluting the air and the water. 1. bioaccumulative substances which are slowly decomposable or non-decomposable.
2. chemical substances that cause endocrimium disturbances, which influence the hormonal system of both human and animals
3. toxic substances that cause cancer, fertility problems or destroy the DNA of both human and animals.

In 2004, the company Ramnus-Laboratories proceeded to the creation of the first Greek Certified Ecological-Biological (organic) cosmetics Bio Plasis.
the Basic Idea
The idea for the creation of these products was based on 'grandma's recipes'. She used to take care of her skin with homemade concoctions using natural ingredients provided by Mother Nature. The Bio Plasis cosmetics contain certified organically cultivated natural ingredients that offer the skin a highly nourishing care.
